Files that are sent in JPEG, TIFF, Bitmap, or illustrator will need to be converted to DXF (AutoCAD file) by one of our design team. This can sometimes be a long process, so we charge an additional fee for files that are sent in this format. If you really have to send them in this format and not in DXF or DWG, they need to be of resolution of 300dpi+ and should be in two-tone only.
Also, when sending over images, make sure they do not have any 'islands' or they will fall out when they are laser cut.
